What is the life expectancy of my HVAC system?

If you change your furnace filter very often your system will last longer than average ac or furnaces. Please remember if your furnace filter is not clean it clogs the fins of evaporator coil and eventually makes the evaporator coil completely clogged. So please make sure you change your furnace filter before it get extremely dirty. If filter manufacturer recommend that filter should be changed in 60/90 days. please change it at least 15 days before dates. if you maintain these filter changing schedule strictly, your ac or furnace should approximately 15 years.

Do you provide free estimate on repairs?

Yes we provide free estimate for repairs over the phone. please call 416-332-2493 ext 2 to book a service.

What is the difference between a free estimate and diagnostic?

Free estimate we give over the phone based what needs to be changed. for example if your system is diagnosed by technician who recommended that you change the blower motor . we will give the free estimate to change the blower. Diagnostics means we send a technicians to your home to find out the problem.we charge $99 for diagnostics. However we will give you that $99 back to you as discount if you buy ac or furnace from us .

How much is your diagnostic fee and what does it cover?

Diagnostic Fees for homes located in Toronto and GTA is $99.

Wait time is zero. We guarantee you that we will install a Furnace or AC for you within 24 hours any day except in heatwave days.
